Recreational cannabis is now officially legal in the state of Nevada as of July 1, 2017 for people who are 21 years of age and older with valid government issued photo identification.

Who can purchase recreational cannabis?

What are your hours of operation?

Anyone younger than 21 years of age cannot purchase recreational cannabis at this time but they may purchase medicinal cannabis if they are medical patients. Those who are 18 years of age and older with a valid medical cannabis card can purchase medicinal cannabis legally in Nevada, even if the card has been issued from another state. Minors below the age of 18 may qualify for a medical card as long as a parent or guardian signs the Minor Release Form and agrees to act as the child's primary caregiver and must be present at the time of purchase.

TOTAL 1,775 mg is below the purchase limit of 3,500 MG

How much can I purchase at a time?

Yes you can. You may call our call center at 775-800-WELL and our team will assist you with order placement. They are also available to answer any questions about our products or stores general information.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Valid government issued photo identification can be an unexpired state issued identification card, driver's license, passport/passport card, or military identification which provides your name, date of birth, and facial photo. International customers may present current valid government issued photo identification from their country of residency as proof of identity.

What is considered a valid photo identification? 

Curbside pick-up is currently available at both of our locations. You can place your order online 24/7. You can select any pick-up time that is available between 8am-10pm in Carson, and from 8am-11pm in Reno. To request curbside pick-up place your order on our website, and come directly to our storefront at your scheduled time to pick it up.

The person that placed the order must be present at time of pick-up, and have a valid ID ready to verify. No minors are allowed to be inside the vehicle when arrive for your pick-up. In order to maintain compliance and safety measures, one of our parking lot attendants will direct you to an available parking space. State regulations require you to stay inside your vehicle while you wait for your order. Add Cash or debit only. 

Is curbside pick-up available ?

When placing an order, you will be given the option to select a delivery time window. Once your order has been placed you will receive a text confirming receipt by the store. From here, a team member will call you directly to validate your identity, order details and offer an ETA. When the delivery is en route to your location, you will receive another text with an updated ETA and a link to track your order.

Can I track my delivery order?

Delivery is free, and there is no minimum order. We deliver within a 15 miles radius from either our Reno & Carson City locations. Sierra Well seeks to make deliveries within one-hour timeframe that the customer selects upon ordering. Cash only, no change.

Is there are minimum order for delivery?

Yes, we do carry flower grams, pre-rolls and pre-rolls packs. Items are subject to availability for product inventory details visit our menu page.

Do you sell Pre Rolls/Grams?

We deliver within a 15-mile radius of either of our dispensary locations.  Sierra Well seeks to make deliveries within a one-hour time frame that the customers selects upon ordering.

Sierra Well offers delivery services to private residences, to all customers 21+ with a valid photo ID. Please keep in mind that the individual who placed the order must be present to accept the delivery, and their ID ready to show the driver. Cash only, no change.

Where do you deliver?

Currently delivery order can only be paid in cash. Drivers do not carry change.

Can I pay for my delivery with credit or debit card? 

Medical Patients must provide an active medical marijuana card or temporary recommendation letter along with a valid government issued ID.  For all Nevada Medical Patients you must have a matching State ID or US Passport.   For any Medical Patients under the age of 18, you must be accompanied by a guardian.

What is required for purchasing medical cannabis?

State of Nevada requires recreational customers to provide a valid government issued photo identification. 

What is required for purchasing recreational cannabis?

Cannabis is not allowed to cross State lines, you must keep your cannabis in a secure area of your vehicle, out of reach of driver and passengers. Never drive or operate machinery under the influence of cannabis.

Can I travel with my cannabis?

 card, or passport. ID must be current/ not expired. 

What type/form of ID do you accept?

Recreational purchases require no medical card. Medical card holders will not be charged the 10% excise tax and have access to higher dose edibles (based on availability).

Where can I purchase recreational cannabis?

We only accept cash for delivery orders. Sierra Well accepts debit cards and cash for in store and curbside transactions only. (All debit card transactions have a $3.00 ATM fee).
