Yes you can. You may call our call center at 775-800-WELL and our team will assist you with order placement. They are also available to answer any questions about our products or stores general information.
Curbside pick-up is currently available at both of our locations. You can place your order online 24/7. You can select any pick-up time that is available between 8am-10pm in Carson, and from 8am-11pm in Reno. To request curbside pick-up place your order on our website, and come directly to our storefront at your scheduled time to pick it up.
The person that placed the order must be present at time of pick-up, and have a valid ID ready to verify. No minors are allowed to be inside the vehicle when arrive for your pick-up. In order to maintain compliance and safety measures, one of our parking lot attendants will direct you to an available parking space. State regulations require you to stay inside your vehicle while you wait for your order. Add Cash or debit only.
When placing an order, you will be given the option to select a delivery time window. Once your order has been placed you will receive a text confirming receipt by the store. From here, a team member will call you directly to validate your identity, order details and offer an ETA. When the delivery is en route to your location, you will receive another text with an updated ETA and a link to track your order.
We deliver within a 15-mile radius of either of our dispensary locations. Sierra Well seeks to make deliveries within a one-hour time frame that the customers selects upon ordering.
Sierra Well offers delivery services to private residences, to all customers 21+ with a valid photo ID. Please keep in mind that the individual who placed the order must be present to accept the delivery, and their ID ready to show the driver. Cash only, no change.
