Recreational cannabis is now officially legal in the state of Nevada as of July 1, 2017 for people who are 21 years of age and older with valid government issued photo identification.
Medical Patients must provide an active medical marijuana card or temporary recommendation letter along with a valid government issued ID. For all Nevada Medical Patients you must have a matching State ID or US Passport. For any Medical Patients under the age of 18, you must be accompanied by a guardian.

Recreational purchases require no medical card. Medical card holders will not be charged the 10% excise tax and have access to higher dose edibles (based on availability).
